For up to eight persons your holiday home "Villa Filia" offers a pleasant and relaxing stay on two floors.This includes three bedrooms with double beds and a large living room with a sofa bed for two people. From each bedroom you have access to your own terrace!
There is also a small kitchenette on the upper floor, so that you can also prepare a quick coffee or tea or a small meal here.
Of course, each floor has its own bathroom.
Lounge furniture is available both on the ground floor terraces and on the roof terraces. Parasols and a large pergola provide the necessary shade on hot summer days.
Really everyone will find their favorite place here - in the cool shade, in the sun and with a view over the village to the sea. There is also a large barbecue area in the enclosed courtyard, so nothing stands in the way of having a great feast with friends.
Air conditioning is of course available in all rooms, as well as free WiFi throughout the house.

Here you can see a typical small alley in Gennadi. Your holiday home "Villa Filia" is barely some 200 meters from this and therefore from the center.
The beautiful coastal town is full of Greek joie de vivre, charming, at the same time tranquil and quiet.
In Gennadi (about 700 inhabitants) you will find everything you need just a few minutes' walk away: Supermarket, fruit shop and greengrocer, a fabulous bakery, ATM and much more. But most importantly: In the small, cozy streets you can drink, feast, relax or celebrate in taverns, restaurants, cafés and bars.
Doctors, a pharmacy and a police station are also on site.
To the beach? No problem. Gennadi Beach is only 800 meters away. The fine gravel makes the water crystal clear - an ideal area for snorkeling and relaxing bathing.
During the season, sun beds and parasols provide the necessary comfort; In several beach bars you can enjoy local specialties and beach atmosphere with a cool drink.

With this you drive from Rhodes town or from the international airport about an hour to Villa Filia.
